I wonder what the location and def. date is gonna be too.
Maybe you can make a poll?
I like amsterdam since it is really close, but won't mind Antwerp either. Maybe anyone wants to travel there (Antwerp) together (the ones around A'dam?) bc I'll probably be going there by myself

I think that would be best, I think March 28th is the best date, however please keep in mind that some of use like SuzanneVuitton ( If she will be joining ) and I have tot travel 2-3.5 hours so please don't plan anything too early.

I do have to say that I am not familiar around Amsterdam and what we can do so I hope one of you is

If the date is not officially set yet... I might be going to Berlin in the weekend of the 28th.. so a week before or after would work best for me, but if that is difficult for others that's ok, I might just have to miss out on this one then after all

Hi everyone. I haven't been around for here. I just got back from a vacay.
I'm gonna give this thread a bump since it's almost March 28th

I want thinking indeed that shouldn't be too early since there are some people that has to come from a far BUT not too late either.
Around 13:00? For the people who wouldn't mind to come earlier is ofcourse welcome.
Maybe have lunch somewhere or something?

That time would be fine with me because I checked and don't have to work (at least it's not planned) and I was planning on leaving around 9.15 and would be at Amsterdam Central around 11.22 so I can make it at 13.00.

Well, Amsterdam is a bit far for me. But if there's an Antwerp meeting later on I would love to join that. Just a 20 min drive away.
Brussels would be fine too, easy with the train.

I sadly probab;y won't be able to make it, I just heard that next Monday I will be able to start the training for my new job. And sadly it's a part time training which is also held on Saturday. And if everything goes according to plan the training will still be on March 28th.

Well I would love to rescedule, but I don't have Saturdays available, I can only make it on the Sunday April 5th, or an Saturday in April.

I will have to get down to the company tomorrow and I will get exact dates when the training is, I might be lucky and have a Saturday off, I will let you know tommorow evening because I kinda looked forward to putting faces to the names.

While I am not currently scheduled to be in Amsterdam on Saturday, 14 Mar, I could change my flight to fly in the Friday before if need be. I would, however, need to know by the end of this week in order to change my travel plans. At the very least, I could come directly from the airport dragging my LV graphite pegase with me!
