Last year we had about 12 people. We tried to limit to 30 people due to the store size...so this year, with those who missed the meet last year, I'm going to expect 15-20 people to show up.

Update on date and time

Lisa can't do Sunday, 3-5pm as it is one of their busiest weekends

She can reserve 9-11am on Sunday for us if that works for people or Friday night works for her

I think Sat-Sun would still be better; the organization will be less rushed.

If we do it on Friday, I won't be able to do a formal Meet and Greet. I will be working next year, probably getting off at around 5, so give me time to go home to collect my things and wait for my boyfriend to get off work and come to get me and drive to Banff together...I won't be able to arrive until at least 7 or 8. And the event will probably have to start between 6-7 so I'd miss a good chunk of the store part.

I think for some in Alberta it might work better on Friday, but for those who are traveling from out of province (or even those who have to travel a long distance within the province) they probably have work on Fridays too, so they won't be able to fly out until at least Friday night. I think to be fair and give them enough time we should make it on Sunday, still.

So I vote Sunday 9-11 AM
