I was nearing the 30 day limit for an exchange or store credit, so I decided it would be best to exchange my bag for something else rather than go through the whole credit dispute thing which may or may not have gone in my favor.
I was assisted by the store manager who was more than happy to exchange my bag. I could tell that she really wanted me to be happy with my purchase...and I have made quite a few purchases this year. To make a long story short, I got a beautiful bag that I fell in love with at first sight...maybe I'll have my very first reveal later this evening.... If you're interested in the Sprouse Graffiti Speedy in green, LV in Saks on Canal St in New Orleans now has a nice one!

My MIL is ordering me one. I'll let her know.
There's no smudges, correct? |

I stated in a previous post that there appeared to be two smudges, very faint...probably from handling by LV online because they weren't there when I shipped the bag back to them 2 weeks ago...nothing major or really noticeable that wouldn't disappear into the patina. I have seen much worse on supposedly untouched bags at the boutique.
I know we all look for perfection in these bags, especially for the price. I personally buy them to use and enjoy. I have a denim neo speedy that got drenched in water so badly that all the leather was black from the water and the denim was dark blue...I just set it out to dry and it dried evenly with no water marks...and has the most beautiful honey patina. I also have a Neverfull GM that I literally throw around and carry food in on a regular basis...seriously, that bag looks better all the time and has become my favorite! |
