Turned off by snide responses? - Page 2

I used to sell jewelry on eBay. If a customer asked me for extra pics or close ups I would do my absolute best to get them to that customer ASAP! If a seller wont help you then you should pass- either they have a fake or they really don't care about selling.

Plus- what if you need service after the sale? If they don't help you before they get your money the really wont help you after they get it!!!

I would pass on it - if it's 100% genuine etc, then she'd be happy to send you addtional photos. She "may" have had a bad experience with a buyer before but there's no need to be rude about your question.

Even though the bag is a great deal and authentic - I just peeked and it's still listed for its BIN. When I scroll to the bottom of the page, she has all of her questions and responses posted - she's rude in her responses to everyone!! Even if I were trying to sell something for $5, I wouldn't be as discourteous as her.

No wonder no one has bought the bag.

I would definitely pass too. Some people have mean and nasty so ingrained in them that they don't even know how to be otherwise. She probably doesn't even know how she comes across, it's just natural to her. Let her keep her bags!!!

In a store, I wait for another SA to come talk to me or take my business elseware. Because its eBay, something will always pop up again. Maybe not as instant as walking into another store and finding it, but it will. People who are rude and snippy and won't show you pictures is a HUGE turn off. Especially when they are trying to prove something is authentic. Something fishy about it, and I definitely wouldnt want to throw that money down the drain.
