I live in Beverly Hills. (moved here 5 months ago) I shop at the Rodeo and Century City locations. Rodeo is always very nice. Although, they are kinda busy on the weekends, so I try and stay out of there on Saturdays. A lot of tourists! Century City is GREAT as well, less busy and always more then happy to help:) I've been to the Beverly Center location before and I didn't have a problem. I bought a new planner and a lap top case. (about 3-4 weeks ago) My SA was very helpful, although they are always nice... because they want your money! lol Just because you said that, I won't buy there again. What happened to you is so wrong! I'm so sorry that happened to you. I'd totally complain. Good luck!!!

I have bought a few things from Beverly Center in the past too. They were always nice to me. But this time when I walked in for a repair, all of sudden I was treated as a criminal... When I went to Rodeo for a repair, they were totally nice and helpful from the moment I waked in there! Rodeo is so far the best store I have been to in LA.

That is so crazy! It's almost unbelievable because its as if there are no rules, or reason in modern day society. I had something similar happen to me at an airport so I completely understand how it feels. Some people are just nuts and on a major powertrip!
