Then that's your own issue, please don't suggest other ppl of ignorance when it is your own perception which is ignorant. Or perhaps you're just too sensitive. TS asked for "help", i suggested something perhaps more effective than asking ppl to 'take sides' on an issue they are not involved with. Who is doing the personal attack? Asking strangers to hate on another stranger who isn't here to defend themselves or suggesting to someone who is reacting out of emotion to perhaps take a more proactive move and deal with this situation by removing themselves from it. |

i REALLY feel your pain.
this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. i want to say this and it makes me really sad. Indeed i dont really feel comfortable at LV boutiques anymore because of it. I had a VERY bad experience at LV Garden State Plaza with a manager that was complete wrong. what is worse, another poster here had horrible acceptable experience with the SAME person. a google search reveals that at least two other people had horrible experience with this person. He screamed at me and the other poster here as well as the other stories of him. He was wrong about LV policy in all four cases and as far as i know all four of us filed complaints about him. LV simply ignored it. I talked directly with his direct manager. He was shocked at my story and that i told him others have had similar or worse experiences. I was at the mall and decided to stop in and do some shopping, when i saw him there i was soooo disgusted. in the end nothing happened to him dispute four major complaints. i suggest if you are going to complain, do a search and see if others have had problems with the same person. |

i am so sorry this happened to you. i do know the manager you are talking bout, as she was our favorite SA before at our old store. are you referring to the white lady w the short ish brown hair? We have been buying through her for years, and does not sound like something she would do. we have only had pleasant experiences w her, so i do think that possibly she could have had a bad day. Again, im sorry that this happened to you and i do agree that it was unacceptable to kick you out of the store

Hi_im_New: I was simply sharing my bad experience at one store. I asked for people's help maybe they can point me in the right direction to file a formal complaint. If you do not agree, thats fine, but there is no point to attack or argue. I just thought people should share their bad or good experience here. I don't have a problem with LV, I actually know a few SAs that are actually very nice and professional.
To All: I have received a response from LV San Fran, they said they will take appropriate action. However, they cannot share their interal actions with me due to privacy reasons. So I'm still gonna wait for a response from the HQ in NY. |

I'm new to this post. If I am correct, I believe you can file a complaint with the State of California Consumer Affairs division...good luck with that. After that treatment I would be doing the same. |
