Thank you guys! I often wonder that too "Why does LV allow these rude employees to remain?" How can a high brand doesn't care about their customer service?

I have found the Corp address and I'm going to write them a letter tomorrow. I will keep everyone updated once I hear anything back from them.

The Beverly Center's manager behavior was unacceptable and she is setting a bad example for her employees. I applaud you for writing to corporate as they need to know this person or store is tarnishing the reputation of their company. If you know the manager's name, I would include it. If corporate gets enough complaints about her, then hopefully they will bring on a new manager for that store.

this is absolutely unacceptable treatment of anyone...i am still shocked about how you were treated and am so very sorry too.....

take this as far as you can...this manager, including the security guard should lose their jobs.

I think so too. I have already wrote a letter and am ready to send it to their NY Headquarter tomorrow. Hopefully, their headquarter will care about their customers.

I'm so sorry you had to experience that! How dare she embarrass you like that by throwing you out of the store and for what? Making sure your purse comes back to you in the same condition? She acts like its so obvious they're going to do a good job and we shouldn't question them. The way shes acting kind of makes me feel like she knows corp. is never going to do anything so she doesn't care how she behaves. I don't think luxury stores should ever has the "YOU need me, I don't need you" attitude bc we're the one who paying their salary.

Thats exactly how I felt. She acted like she owns the store herself.... but on the other hand my usual SA is an angel.. always so sweet and helpful with everything... i just i wish when i walk in any LV store, they will all be the same nice... i hope they are not just nice to you because they know you..

Sorry you had such a terrible experience. I too had an encounter with a rude SA at the Houston store. They need to understand that without customers they would be unemployed.

Sorry to hear about your awful experience. I hope you can get some sort of answer from higher up as to why LV staff are allowed to treat customers like that?

I have called 866-vuitton yesterday after she throw me out, the Rep Jill said she was gonna call the Store Manger of Bevery Center store to speak with her and call me back. I waited outside the Beverly Center Store for over an hour. Called the Jill a few times, they said she was on the phone. Finally later Jill called me back, she said the Store Manger of Bevery Center was busy helping other customers, so she couldn't talk to her..but I was outside the store that whole time, there was no customer. I saw the manager just standing by the counters. hrugs

So I decide I'm gonna write to LV, and to any web site or news press. If you have any source I can tell my story to, please PM me.

There is only 1 STORE MANAGER of Beverly Center. Shes a 30-40ish white lady. Please do avoid her if you have to go to Beverly Center. But why go to Beverly Center? When the Bigger, Better, Nicer Rodeo store is just 5 mins away?
I wonder why ppl even bother to call 1866vuitton, they wont do anything, basically someone listens and pretends to be sympathetic until you cool down and just drop it. Srsly, can anyone here honestly say anything has been resolved by calling 1866vuitton? It's a sham, if they were mean to u, your best bet is to protest and refuse to buy their bags until they get some better managment and SAs into their stores. LV has carried on long enough without ensuring better customer service considering how pricey their product is. Would u let Walmart kick you out for nothing? Chances are you'd be so upset you'd go to the media to embarrass them and let their flaws be known. So why is Vuitton any different? Because even though they treated you like garbage, they still know you will come back and buy their bags so they will continue to treat you like garbage. As a long time customer of LV, I officially stopped buying any new product as of 2006. They will never see a dime of my money again until they realize their customer service is unacceptable, which is not likely to be anytime soon. Here u r allowing this mega conglomerate to embarrass you like this all the while continuing to buy their product...srsly, this is less an issue with vuitton and more an issue with your own choices. I guess your self esteem means nothing and you will continue to buy more castles for Bernard Arnault and secretly weep on a handbag forum while you hand him your money.

Obvious is a troll that is obvious.

To the OP: any update on this? that's incredibly shocking to read about the store mgr at BC, but almost not entirely surprising. I've never had that great service at BC either.. but then again, as soon as I tell them someone's name at another store that I normally go to, they light up and suddenly become angels or whatever. lmao.

What gives u that idea?

I had an unsatisfactory experience with LV, just like TS, only unlike the TS who thinks calling 1866vuitton or having members of a purse forum rally behind her to one up some employee we'll never meet, why not have the good common sense to stop buying until your concern is addressed?

Clearly if she was upset enough to write up that huge rant, she feels something unjust was done to her. So my question is, just what does she plan to do about it? Tell a bunch of ppl, most of which will never go to the Beverly store anyway to hate on some lady we'll never meet or quit supporting a company who allows this sort of treatment to occur on a regular basis. Clearly u can see by the others who've resorted to staying out of LV boutiques and ordering online, bad treatment by vuitton employees is not an isolated experience.

I understand what you're saying and where you're coming from, but if someone loves a design or a brand's design aesthetic, how could one person of thousands of others ruin it for the rest of the group? It just seems that you're the one that's completely unhappy with LV as a whole, and yet, you're trolling around the LV Subforum and posting on numerous threads telling everyone to stop buying if they're unhappy with their purchase. That is what trolls do. And you do them all within hours or minutes of each other too.

Wow, that is absolutely unacceptable. I'm glad you were able to have your issue resolved at another store.

I don't think you understand that this is unacceptable behavior from any retailer. The only reason you should ever be kicked out is for violence, threats, theft, drunkenness or not wearing any clothes. Walmart wouldn't even throw you out no matter how lippy you got with customer service unless you started threatening them. Now judging from my own past experience with LV (and none ever so bad as being thrown out) and the many other negative comments from other posters, clearly we see this is a frequent problem with their staff and that nothing at store level gets resolved by calling their customer service line.

If you bought a product from them and the management goes out of their way not to resolve your issue, why would you 'punish' the company by going to another store and buying more product? Her job is dependent on our money and LV is in no rush to rectify the wrong doing by their staff and management, in other words, 'the customer is always wrong'.

If you've had only pleasant experience with LV then by all means, continue to shop....but if you've had bad like the TS, what good is asking a bunch of strangers to hate on 'some white lady 30-40 years old @ the Beverly Hills location'? How infantile is that? Why don't you get them where it really hurts, keeping your money out of their pockets? If enough ppl protested the ill treatment and total lack of caring by higher admin in LVMH who turn the blind eye on their negligent staff by stopping their financial contributions to this terribly run company, then they would have no choice but to change the way they do business. Complaints don't work, the only thing that talks with business is money, if they screwed with you, keep your money out of their pockets and eventually they might get the message.

As for your comments, if someone is unhappy with LV, why should they continue to buy?
If you read further, you'd see that I am an avid collector and still buy 'used'. Their stores will never see a dime from me though and that's my prerogative. If you have a problem with anything I'm saying then that's your problem, there is no law stating i can't say what happened to me, and how i am dealing with it. Perhaps you are a communist, because u certainly think like one. You seem to think anyone with an opinion other than one that sides with your own is 'trolling'.
