I do actually have a close SA that I always go to. I felt like when I have a close SA, I always buy from them. They always treated me nicely, they gave me VIC gifts and things like that. But when I go to a store that I don't know anyone, then I was treated like I'm not even a person. If all LV SA's are like this, how is that gonna be fair to any of the new purchaser? I mean you gotta start somewhere to become a often purchaser right? I often heard stories of people been treated badly when they first go buy LV. That's just not right. They should treat all customer at least with respect.

I would try to fight this one with them. I don't want to let the Store Manager of Beverly Center store to get away from it.

I'm not sure if it was the assistant that lied or the Store Manager just didn't want to talk to her about this so she lied that she was busy. But either way, I don't feel like calling 866 vuitton gonna help anymore.. I just wrote to them today. Hopefully, i will hear back from them soon.

Truly unbelievable. A letter to the LV HQ about this incident is in order. She's not even following company protocol!

Forget about calling the toll free number. I would write a letter with names, etc. I would send that letter to everyone, wait a week and send one to the store as a cc so she can read about herself and how differently her colleagues at another boutique acted.

Be sure to provide updates to this thread!

I can only hope this SA/Manager was having an "off"-day from normal customer service.
I would hate to think of all those beautiful LV bags near her!

She shouldn't be so unprofessional even if she is having the worst day of her life. She wasn't just giving me attitude. That, I can understand if she really just had a bad day. But she went way to far. She treated me as a criminal when I was jusy asking her for help. That's just not acceptable. She should be embarassed of herself. She is an embarassment to all the LV employees.

I'm so sorry you were treated rudely by the store manager no less! It's unacceptable behavior on her part! I would take your complaint as far as you can go with it!

I'm sorry I can't give you any advice on WHO to contact though!

Keep us updated!

The sounded very stressful, babielovah! But I'm glad that the Rodeo Store was very accomodating to you. You can write a letter to corporate detailing your experience at both stores. It would be good for you and also the company to have the written information. Hopefully, you get better treatment at LV in the future...believe me when I say that there are lots more wonderful SA's than bad ones.

I had a good experience with a manager that was a man, but have never seen the manager you encountered. The service at the Beverly Center is particularly poor except for a couple of SAs. I am so sorry you had this experience. Glad you are reporting it.
Rodeo is my store of choice. I always feel welcomed there.

Why does LV allow these rude employees to remain? I just do not understand it. I recognize that all of us have a bad day here and there; however, it is the same stores over and over again that we read these horror stories on. Louis Vuitton needs to do something about such rude employees. I personally think that LV should have checkers (employees acting as customers) to be able to see what service is rendered to the real customers. Perhaps if they hear the same garbage that we do at certain boutiques, they will finally do something.

I am so sorry this happened to you; however, I am so happy that another store extended the appropriate service to you, the same service that should be extended from EVERY store of theirs.

What an awful experience! I would write a letter to corporate and let them know what happened. That's probably the most effective thing.

And don't let one or a few rude employees stop you from enjoying your LoVes!
