as long as you own the bag and as long as it's not a traffic, even employee can do whatever they want.

Exactly! Thanks!

We all know what the risks are if this priviledge is abused, so yeah if that SA is smart...they won't even go there - because they would ruin it for all assocaites, future, and current! (It is very taboo to even think of it! eek, lol.)

It is very helpful, and I am sure there are a few on this forum that will work for the company one day :)

Im guessing it is a pretty BIG discount because here in the Philippines (3rd world country for those of you who dont know) I see the SA's with LV bags....& there is no such thing as a part time position here....

My friend was lucky enough to attend one of those events. We got LV bikini's and bathing suits for 50 dollars. She also bought some stuff for her husband. She really lucked out.

Which is exactly what I was thinking of. Wasn't there a discussion before that there were some sort of SA discount at Bloomie's or Macy's and the discount changed from 30% or 20% or so from years back to like 10% or so.

Found a thread on it (post #23). I remember reading about it:

Yeah it was something like that - I forgot who it was, but someone knows more about this than I do, hehe.

Yeah again the standard is 30% at least within the U.S.... haha, I am very unclear of how their discount priviledges work in other countries.

Well there are watches that go for 80% off.

The only catch with the watch sales is that there is only a limited amount available. So yeah there could be 10 associates after the last watch.

My assistant manager recently got a multicles 6 in Yellow Epi, and yeah for $30.00...

hehe, I know I am happy for her...but ugh I am ill I didn't get to a chance to put in any orders.

Josephine GM in Khaki, $162.00...

My co worker got a Theda GM in Monogram for like $400+
