For my bags that have keys, my SA has always given me an extra one when I bought them.

Hi all,

I have just bought an LV Monceau briefcase that doesn't come with a key. Any idea where can I get one?

Thanks in advance.

Oh! Fantastic! I have a 310 I bought unclicked but sans key. Now it's clipped onto my Speedy 25, and since I need a lock for my Speedy 35 too I've been waiting for another 310 with a couple of keys to come up on ebay.

I'm going to LV on Saturday so will get one then. Plus a new lock for my 35 if they're not too much.

Went to the LV store today and I told my SA I lost the key and he told me he'll see what he can do. He came out and said, well I can't find the key for it but just cut the old one and use this. He just gave me a new one!

are you guys sure it' a free replacement for key? in my store, no, new lock charged at USD 32, but sometimes when other stores out of padlock, we will give customers free, with copies of their sales memo that stated it genuinly out of lock to give u. anyhow, we will double check with that store to verify. Each free padlock are an item that needed to be counted for in the store too.

When I bought my keepall and carryall (separate purchases) the lock was included on the receipt both times and had pricing 0.00 next to it. Guess for stocktake purposes or does this always come up on receipts?

I bought a new lock yesterday and it was not free. It costs $27 plus tax. But I don't mind because I will be wearing it as a necklace charm. Very cheap when you think of it that way..

I went in a couple months ago to get a new key for my alma lock, and since they didn't have that number in stock, they just cut it off and gave me a new lock at no charge.
