I usually shop at the LV store on Geary -- my SA is Hazel and she's wonderful.

I bought my Watercolor Speedy at Bloomingdale's because I had some gift cards and I was able to use them for LV at that location. My SA there is June and she's very sweet.

I also occasionally shop at Neiman Marcus, and while their LV boutique is small, they are very helpful.

The Maison on Union Square trumps the Valley Fair store by miles; the Maison is a football field, whereas the Valley Fair location is a baseball diamond.

While the size of the Union Square store is much bigger...the service is horrid!

Valley Fair or Stanford service is far, far better.

As others mentioned, Justine is nice at the SF store (she was at Valley Fair)...I would take the time to call ahead and get her schedule and call and make an appointment with her, if you want good service.
