I purchased a vintage LV Speedy 35 on an auction and the date code of the bag tells it was made in 1992.

I need help if somebody knows well about the Pad Lock come with LV bag.
The Pad-lock which came with this bag shows "LOUIS VUITTON" on the center line under the R mark, then on the bottom "MADE IN FRANCE" which is all Capital letters, not "made in France". No "PARIS" is engraved.

I have 3 other LV speedys including 2 bags I bought from the LV store directly. The all bags have each Pad-lock, which show "LOUIS VUITTON" "PARIS", then "made in France".

I'm wondering if the Pad-lock with All Capital Letters is authentic .
Is there anybody who know well about the Pad-Lock for vintage LV (date code around 1992)?
