I don't feel that the site.has ever worked right. It's so caught up on being fancy that it doesn't work. And I hate flash based sites since I can't access them via mobile. Lol they'd get more money out of me if I could shop every morning on my commute!!

I preferred it when it was the vertical scroll to view the items. The horizontal scroll is troublesome. And when I clicked back, it goes to the main shopping page. Now it seems worse. Every line is all over the place. I preferred to click on Damier and see all damier bags.

I went on last night and it's even worse than before. They've separated the line and types of bags into sub categories. It's become into a big mess, everything is all over the place.

ugh i know! i hope they can hear our complaints..... i hate googling the bags and end up getting fake sites :[

I agree, the LV site is now a mess. The horizontal scroll with itty-bitty pictures is dumb and organization that makes little sense. They should leave well enough alone. Can't fall back on Elux now either. Maybe someone at LV corporate IT changed jobs and they have to justify themselves. :-(

I like the old design better, where you can shop by line.

Many of the options have 0 products listed...it's like what's the point of adding a category line if there's nothing to show.
