I don't even HAVE a boutique in my state! I did notice this morning when I checked (for the third day in a row now) that there are new categories, but still no items in them. I understand that perhaps a site update is to blame, but perhaps they could post a notice on the main page that the e-shopping portion of the site is being restructured and to check back on _____. That way we would have some idea when we could expect to have a working site again. Now that they have omitted the shipping charges (does anyone know if this is permanent?), I prefer to order from the site than to call a boutique and spend a bunch of money on shipping. I NEED a Wilshire Boulevard!!!

I'm having the same problems with the site. It was fine yesterday but today I'm getting blanks and options of 0 products with the menu all different and out of order.

Mono canvas used to be first now it's last.

i am getting options of "0 products" too :(

they added more specific categories so i believe they are in the process of updating the site, so it is under maintenance now.

hopefully the site will start functioning properly soon !!

they should just keep it simple and user-friendly..
and stop trying roll out new options without having it tested on the back end..

When I called today to check on a bag, I was told that the website is going through maintenance. It would be nice if they put a message on the homepage saying this. I don't know if I like the new layout, though. Maybe it will grow on me...once it's working.

Yes...I have experienced this problem, along with a host of others. And now that Eluxury no longer features LV, it is even more annoying when you're trying to see a merchandise and there is only one source, and that source is not functioning.
