That is just horrid customer service! Stop the transactions from going through on your credit card or your bank and talk to the BBB. This is just crazy that they think they can treat people like this!

She can't charge you for something you never got credited for! You need to call BBB and your bank to make sure she doesn't charge your card. What a for telling you your standards are too high for eLUXURY, you were missing stuff on your purse's and they sent you the wrong stuff! I'm sorry this happened to you.

It's nice to complain to the BBB, but they don't have the power to prosecute and your state consumer protection agency does. Moreover, if they debit your account without reason (as you describe) I believe that you can file criminal charges against them for THEFT. That's right, theft -- the unlawful taking of property. And this is a federal crime, since they are using wire transfer to accomplish it.

So she totally contradicted herself by saying it wasn't your fault, then still keeping you on their blacklist. Um so if it wasn't YOUR fault that the strap didn't come with the bag, something was broken, etc., then they need to remove you from that list ASAP.

And basically, they're saying that that if you want your items complete and not broken, that you have too high of standards. Um ok. Way to run a business...it's supposed to be a high-end online boutique, not Goodwill.

I cannot believe a customer can be banned... Didn't the manager check the OP's buying history and see that she's bought more than 5 bags from them? Because they sent defective and/or incomplete articles, it's the OP's fault? That's insane.

In the past, I bought literally hundreds and hundreds of items from Amazon.com. Then I asked to exchange a defective item and the manager refused to honor an exchange. I stopped my daily shopping at Amazon after that. If they'd seen my shopping history with them, they would have (should have) bent over backwards to get a pristine item to me asap.

Every company needs to train managers to have a little more perspective on customers' shopping needs, i.e. defective goods vs. buyer's remorse (even this is a buyer's legitimate option).

i've never purchased anything from e-luxury, and probably never will after hearing this. i've heard nightmare stories about eLux, but this story puts it over the top. to punish YOU from returning defective merchandise (that was THEIR fault)...that's just absurd and very bad business practice!

Wow, sounds like a bad company to deal with if you ever needed their customer service. eLUXURY appear to needs some internal management revisions with how they handle their merchandise. We'll see how they turn out in the long run!
