I will continue to shop at boutiques or stores personally!! that way, they show you what your taking home before they start to charge you!!

keep shopping at the boutique in person. lovely bags and I hope this whole situation works out!!

I am sorry this have happened to you. I was not treated nicely at the Beverly Center LV myself a few days ago. But I have forgotten about it, went on Vuitton.com and ordered my watercolour bandeau so I dont have to deal with that particular conceited SA.

Gosh, you made out like a bandit at the boutique!!!! Got some great loot and found a sweet SA that will make each and every trip one you will look forward to. You do not need eLUXURY!

Same story happened to me. I was blacklisted at eLux after being a customer since 03 because of a returned order they lost and refused to refund! It was like my 3rd return out of 20 orders. Really hate that company

The good news for me is that I have no problem ordering from LV.com now.
