How to find a "made in France" Hampstead MM ?

I tried to call the LV.com customer service and they told me they can not find a "made in France" ebony hampstead for me. So I then tried to call the LV store, and it seems all the lines routed to the same man who would asked me "Do you have any concern?" instead telling me whether they can find me the bag or not.

Anyone knows where I can find the made in France bag?

I have one that is made in the USA, chances are unless you physically go into every boutique around you and look at each one you will not find one. Depending on where you live usually determines where your bag is made. Honestly other than the label being different, the quality is the same in spite of what others may say. I have bags made in France and the USA and cannot tell a difference in the quality

Do you know which state(s) may have more chances to find a MIF Hampstead?
Since there is no LV store in the state that I live, so I have to other by phone anyway.
