How long do you have to wait for a bag that is constantly out of stock??

I'm looking for the Mahina XL in Noir but it seems like it's impossible to find one

I live in California and have called couple of boutiques I know, but they all said they don't have it

I also asked them how long it will take to restock it and obviously, they don't know. I knew it was a popular bag but I was hoping to spot at least one and I'm getting more and more desperate about it

Shall I keep calling around? Or tell them to contact me when they get one in stock? I'm not familiar with this kind of stuff so I have no idea if I'll ever be able to find one & how long it'll take.(I'm kinda in a hurry too..) Any advices? Do boutiques in Paris or somewhere else usually have a lot in stock??

just get on the waitlist. personally, on the east coast it seems to be readily available.

I'm shocked you can't find one as there's quite a few in the Rodeo Drive store, as well as Hollywood when I was browsing.

Try calling 866-VUITTON and have them check stock in the US, they can transfer you to a store and then have them do a charge send

If you want to try it on before getting stuck with it, you can get on the waitlist or do a charge hold - with the latter option, they'll charge you when yours comes in and then you can decline it when you come to pick it up if you're not happy with it. You get preference over others that didn't leave a method of payment if you charge hold.

Now I have a feeling that I can spot one pretty soon :) I just wanted to try it on and see it IRL before I make a decision because it's such a pricey bag. Thanks!
