Do you think this is real and in good condition? I am so hesitant to buy an LV from eBay but I really want the framboise inclusion bracelet.

I am pretty sure this was already authenicated - I was going to get it but went with the other one that ws listed on there this week- this one is the PM and it does not have the pouch and it is also from canada so if you are in the US it is actualy more then 229. closer to around 238- I think and postage is slightly more- still a great deal!
