Well I wonder if this is normal?

I got a card today. not a christmas card ore anything like that,
Jus a card that says: dear .....(my name)
thank you for visiting our store. hope to see you soon and if you have any questions, please call and ask for...(name of one of an SA)

im from denmark, if that matters

I doubt they send this card to all who buys in Lv, ore do they??

I have been spendig a lot this year, my husbonds thinks thats why??

I haven't heard about anyone in scandinavia getting this but they get them in US lately!

I've received many thank you cards and notes from the SA's at my LV. It's a very nice gesture, IMO.

Yeah, I've gotten thank you cards before. Once, I got a full page, typed letter from an SA who I bought a necklace from. It was quite over the top for the sale.

My favorite SA sent me a personal thank you card after my last purchase- he even mentioned my kids (and I hadn't had my kids in for several visits) and also mentioned keeping an eye out for a specific bag for me (damier azur nf.)
I thought that it was very sweet that it was so "personal"- although I'm pretty sure he wrote it while he was in the back packaging my purchase, because it's a really busy store, and I'm not all that regular a shopper...lol.

I got a little letter from my store manager as well some time ago! Just said that if I should need anything, I should feel free to call or send them an email. This is the Helsinki store, by the way.

A nice gesture, I think.

I thought they only give you thank you cards when you order online... 'Cause I got a lovely cards with a thoughtful notes from the store manager when my Totally was mailed to me... I never got that when I buy in the stores. It will be nice and very personal customer service which we deserve anyway

I didn't get one when I bought a new wallet a few weeks ago... but I'm not really surprised since the SA acted put out that he had to help me even though there was no one else in the store. And he wouldn't even check on a bag's price when I asked him about it. Guess he doesn't want my business... but that's a nice gesture when you find a great SA!
