^me too! I always ask them to get me a new one from the back. i will never buy a store display handbag, unless it's marked down ridiculously. And if the display is the last handbag, I ask them politely to ship me a new one. Generally, they are nice about it and understand.

I NEVER buy an LV item that has been on display. My LV store is only small, and if it is the only item in stock then my LV store will order me one in as they know I am so fussy (I am quite well know with all the staff). I don't mind waiting a week and I always inspect any item before picking up.

I am currently waiting for my Mahina Lunar PM which should be available for me to collect tomorrow; my Vernis Zippy wallet in Pomme arrived yesterday and they have put it aside for me so I can collect with my bag.
