Hi everyone

I finally received a call to pick up my tivoli pm 2 wks ago.. when I went to the boutique.. the SA took out one & asked me to take a look. I was horrified to see the badly done glazing !!!

I pointed it out to the SA (she didnt dare to comment much on the bad glazing) & she said she has only 1 more in the store for me to chooose.. Thank goodness the other 1 is in perfect condition... thus I agreed to pick up the perfect looking one instead..

has this issue been settled already? I am rather set on Tivoli PM but all the readings here really freak me out..... Have their recent orders been getting better?

how do i see this code? i just copy n paste from the earlier post..... is the bag made in 2008 or 2009? Thanks!

That code means made in france in the 3rd week of 2008
