Never Enough LV's!

Default Designer exposure sold me fakes for $5000!!!

I have been buying from Designer Exposure for the past two years, always authentic and quality new and used LV's etc. I recently purchased a Stephen leopard, Neverfull MOCA, vernis zippy wallet and a Leonor, for a grand total of $5000.00, three weeks later I finally get the package with the Stephen and Neverfull inside. You can imagine my horror when I pulled them out to see FAKES!!! the Neverfull is an obvious fake although a pretty good one, the Stephen is not even in the Stephen style, funky looking and so poorly made, I am sick to my stomach...has anyone had any problems with them? they now have a ton of LV's listed and when I check their pics, they are using pics taken from a counterfeit LV site. No one from Designer Exposure is returning my calls, or emails. Any advice on what to do if they refuse to refund me my money? I printed hard copies of all the ads when I purchased each item. I used my Visa, and wish I had used my Amex as they are better at protecting the buyer. It seems to me that things have changed there, they even told me they took the two bags to LV at Beverly center for authenticity before they shipped them to me, obviouse a huge lie.
Please be careful if buying there.

Contact your cc company and file a chargeback ASAP

They may want you to get confirmation of non-authenticity which you can do via caroldiva or authentic-luxury

Call your credit card company right away. They should intervene on your behalf. Good luck.

I have many times in the past seen fake items on designerexposure (they had a store here in NZ and I saw fakes there too)! I could not believe they had such poor knowledge of their product....not impressed! After seeing the fakes I knew I could never buy off them! Shocking.

you can also try to report them to the BBB. it shouldnt hurt. I do this all the time when the companies refuse to answer my calls/emails. It takes a while, but they'll get to the bottom of it all. sorry to hear of your troubles though.

Definitely call your credit card company and report the transaction where you received counterfeit merchandise. It is a felony to sell counterfeit merchandise. They may also be able to tell you where the business needs to be reported, as well.

Sorry to hear what happened, what is "Designer Exposure" a eBay store or a website? can you also post pictures of the fakes you received?

I've never heard of Designer Exposure, but I just looked at their website, and they are selling fakes. As others have said, you should call your credit card immediately and do a chargeback. Since selling counterfeit merchandise is a crime, Visa will refund your money.

Sounds like they have been "exposed" for who they really are! So sorry for you.

I really don't know how they've been getting away with it for so long...they've been doing it for years. I sent them an angry email about their fakes 2-3 years ago. :( How embarrassing that she is from New Zealand!

Just saw the website and it looks legit to me. Can you post the pictures? also the leopard stephen retailed itself for +$4000 so the 3 bags for $5000 it's kinda cheap.

Default they are known for their great prices....were on 60min and Oprah!

they have had quite a good reputation, I have purchased vintage LV luggage, designer sunglasses, Chrome hearts jewelry,Christian Louboutins, all authentic and at prices that are unheard of, typically a good deal means a fake, but this was not the case with them until my most recent purchase. As far as what I spent and what I was supposed to get, would have been a dream come true, but I am not stupid and only dealt with them because I have a history with them. The vintage LV trunk I got was $700, appraised for over $8000.00 should have been too good to be true........sometimes you get exactly what you want and sometimes not. I think we are all guilty of taking risks when purchasing Vuitton items, new or used online, anywhere.
