Can you get an LV on sale - coupons or discounts?

So, I am planning on purchasing an LV bag and wondering if there are ever sales on LV, aside from eBay. I would like to purchase it from a reliable place, such as Saks or eLux. I've never seen coupons for Elux - are there any and can they be used on LV? What about Saks? I know they had a friends and family event a few months back - would I have been able to get LV at a discount? I'd love to be able to save some $$$ but I doubt I will be able to with LV. Just thought I'd ask. Thanks!!!

Sad but true. Never discounted...even on discontinued items.

The only discount you can get is the VAT refund.

If you get it on eLUXURY, there is no tax except for California I think.

Also, LV is cheaper in Hawaii.

Other than that, I can't think of any other ways to get them for cheaper.

If you have the chance to wait until you (maybe) get to France...It is a little cheaper than in the US.Here it is even cheaper than in Germany,but its not really a big deal,in Germany I paid for my poche documents €340 and here it was €320 but its a little saving
