On my visit to paris in april 09, I bought a bag from the LV store in Champs elysees. The SA put my recipt in the VAT refund envelope, which I dropped at the airport while flying back. Technically speak I dont have a recipt now, would LV be able to provide me a copy of my receipt?

Does any one have an email id of LV customer service, its not available online.

I had the same problem last year. VAT refund office took my reciept too!! Several months later I came back to the same LV store and I asked my SA about printing out a copy of the reciept. It was no problem and it was even the same paper with LV logo and all, but with the text copy at the top

I was at this LV store:

I don't have any LV email address though..

oh thats a relief to know..:)
But i live in dubai and dont know when i would be visiting Paris again. Therefore I needed a contact address.

Anyone in Paris can help me 'PRETTY PLEASE'..:)

On the Vuitton homepage under "Stores" you can find the details of every store worldwide

Their phone# including international calling code is +33 8 10 81 00 10.

I haven't had a problem getting a duplicate, either. My SA mailed one to me, once, when I needed it.

I know they can e-mail them too. When I make a purchase one copy is sent to my e-mail.

LV sent me an email they would be posting me a copy of my invoice.
