No red flags on the Neverfull. Can you bring it into your local boutique and ask if they can remove the glue? If you're not happy and seller does accept return than return it but it does not look that bad to me.

This one kind of set me off. I have a picture of one off of the Louis website and the pattern of the coloring is completely different, plus I try to stay away from "All sales are final" auctions.
If this is authentic, is it normal for color patterns to be different from piece to piece?

Yes,it's normal, looks OK to me but no strap is included.

ETA:LV website uses prototype pics hence some of the end product looks a bit different. (alignment,colour,etc)

I would want to see a closer pic of the heat stamp on the leaf tab and the zipper pull as well as a closeup of the cherries.
Because my goodness did they overestimate the retail of this bag!! It was only about $999 (barely over 1k with tax), NOT $3000!
