I see no red flags so far, but please ask for the following additional pics:
Galliera - Button closure on interior pocket, rivets, engraving on ring on ends of strap, and a full pic of the date code.
Cles - Engraving on clip, zipper pull, and date code, if possible.

As for the dirtiness of the interior, I think it's the Vuittonite lining that's peeling. You can always bring it into any LV boutique and send it off to be re-lined. I am unsure on what the cost of that is though.
