Dear LV Ladies - my friend has bought the Dustbag you will see in the attached photos from a reputable LV seller who says it hails from Japan and that she has a dustbag like it for her Keepall from '89.

Now, for as far as I knew, the older style dustbags are the nice soft ones that you want to bury your face in, with either a nice soft blue or brown drawstring. This thing feels very rough and almost like a very thick papery type material that if you pulled too hard would rip. But the colour of the bag and the LV logo look ok.

Anyone seen anything like this? Look, it even stands up on its own - the material is that tough!

This looks okay - it is like a thick felt material

I have seen it and own one myself - I have about 6 vintage style dust bags that are rarely seen and this is one of them

Hi Ladies,
I was wondering if you could help me to authenticate this bag. It's a
LOUIS VUITTON IRENE MONOGRAM the seller has the original purchase reciept along with all of the tags & booklets, but I would like to be sure just to be on the safe side, being that this is a limited edition bag & I would be spending a large amout to purchase it. The seller said that she purchased it in June of 2009 when it came out. Please let me know, because I really love the look & size of this bag.

Hey hey hey,

I came accross this one last night. It looked decent at first glance, but the date code font is throwing me off a bit. I asked the seller for more pics but of course, she didnt have any more. As always no pic=no buy. Let me know of what you think
