Hi, just wondering any of the more knowledgeable lovely Louis Vuitton insiders know if the Wiltshire Boulevard will be part of the permanent collection or will it discontinue after May?

I bought this bag last month and my SA for sure it willl stay for a while....what might be discontinued is the certain color.....which one are you thinking of?

Well most of the colours are gone, so I was thinking of the red one which is still available but wondering if this style will remain in the vernis collection or not? Will there be more colours in the summer?

All Vernis colors and bag styles are "extended limited edition". Some colors and styles last longer than othes. The Wilshire is new so it will probably be around at least a year. The Pomme color is going to be phased out this year (been around a couple of years) and there will be two new colors this summer Bleu Nuit and Vert Bronze. If I have a Vernis item on my list, I tend to give it priority unless there is a seasonal/limited edition item that pops up.

Wow thanks so much, that was very helpful. I have also often thought the Vernis requires the most urgency after a seasonal collection that is if I like it. Like the Stephen Sprouse was absolutely unmissable. Do you know where I can find the new LV colours?

^^^ I saw small swatches of them in the lookbook a few months back. Pretty soon someone will have pictures of the colors. Someone here always seem to have pictures of new releases before the boutique sometimes.

thanks for this info, how do you know that pomme will be phased out? What about amarante?

^^^ My SA knows how much I love Red and how WILD I am about the Pomme color (much better red than the Rouge). She let me know when the leather good mgr returned from a NYC meeting about the Pomme. Not sure about the Amarante.

Bumping to see if anyone has photos of these 2 new colors and any idea when they come out.

Thanks so much. I've spent all morning reading threads and I think now I'm leaning more towards either amarante or pomme since both colors are a tad more classic than some of the fun seasonal colors.
