Watercolor to be extended?! New styles too?!

Hi everyone,

I went to my local LV store as I had a WC papillion on hold and as it seemed a bit too small for my taste, the SA told me the watercolor line will be extended into the summer and maybe even come in new styles. So I held off on the papillion.

I had called 866.Vuitton earlier today and they said they will not be bringing the speedy 30 to the mainland (read a rumor here that it will happen) and that there will be no other styles. The SA told me he was just informed today and it would be another month before they get the details. I hope I did not pass on the papillion due to misinformation! Has anybody else heard anything about this?

Any information would be appreciated!

oh very interesting .... new styles of the watercolour will be cool ... I was thinking maybe the 35 would be too large for me ... so this is really good news YAY

That could be good for those of us who like it but maybe in something else and bad for those who have it already. I know it's upsetting to many when a Limited Edition item isn't so limited.

i love the WC speedy but 35 is definately too big for me! I hope they bring out the 30!!

And I hope they have WC papillion in WHITE!!
i will just die for it!! =]

Maybe they made too much canvas and figured they might as well use it?

That's good news for me since the Speedy 35 is way too huge for me and I really love the canvas!

Good news for me since I do like the print, just not the size 35 like the others have said. However, I know it will upset those who purchased them thinking this is limited style/design only for one season. I see LV usually 'extend' or reissue design that are very popular and in high demand. I don't blame them for thinking about 'profit' but it is really annoying sometimes.

I love the size 35 actually. It's the same size as the Miroir Speedy 30. It's something different and unusual. If your SA just heard it today, and it's true, perhaps the news hasn't spread yet?

My SA informed me a few days ago that LV will not be coming out with the Speedy 30.
