I'm definitely not a master packer, but I'm sure that someone else could get more outfits to fit in here. I keep my speedy 40 stuffed in the closet with a flat sheet and comforter in the twin size from my old dorm room..LOL... I took photos of how much it will hold. 3 outfits, 1 pair of shoes, 1 belt...There was more space for personals like socks/undies/t shirts too but I felt those were NOT appropriate for tpf...LMAO. And, you also have to pack slowly because the zipper opening is kind of narrow when inserting large things like jeans, shoes, etc.
