Vintage/Dark Trim Handle Papillon Mono 30

Hi,

Did the older/vinage model papillon mono 30 have D-ring inside the bag? (the one w/ dark brown handle) not vachetta...Because i got email from my buyer claiming the bag is fake because it doesnt have D-ring inside. Im sure my bag is authentic , but she's so rude and I just want to double check w/ you guys..

I don't think the papillon was ever supposed to have a D-ring...

I own a a monogram papillon 30 which I purchased direct from the LV boutique with the dark cross-grain leather straps and it was produced in U.S. in October 2001 and it does have a tiny d-ring (I mean really tiny) near the opening of the bag at one end to attach the mini papillon that comes with it. Now my dark cross-grain leather strap papillon is one of the more later models, there is a more vintage model that had dark smooth leather straps (not cross-grain) and I am not sure if that one had the d-ring or not, I think it did though so the smaller cosmetic roll could be attached. If you need photos of mine to see what I mean, just send my a PM and I will be more than happy to take photos of my bag for you.
