Default thoughts on the Suhali L'Ingenieux GM? Modelling pics anyone?

I would love one in blue but do the light-colored suhalis get dirty easy because of the color? Any problems with suhali regarding the hardware and leather? Can anyone please please post modelling pics of the l'ingenieux gm! Thanks!!!

You may want to search up Sandra = yeuxhonnetes
She has a gorgeous white L'ingenieux GM

FYI, both this model and blue colour are discontinued. It will be very hard to find one in a boutique so you may have to look on eBay or elsewhere.

Suhali hardware is the same with many LV hardware in several of LV's other lines. As much as I love this model, the push-in closure is a problem and it will cause vertical scratches on the hardware that cannot be refurbished unless you have the entire hardware replaced.
The blue colour imo is not a problem. Most of LV's Suhali colours are easy to take care of. The only one that *I* think will none the less become DIRTY (which does NOT mean change/yellowing of the leather's natural colour) is the white colour. Then again, if you don't plan on using this bag for a lifetime as a daily bag, it really doesn't matter.

i was looking through the suhali club thread yesterday and sandra's suhalis are tdf! i have seen a lot of l'ingenieux pics but none with the bag being carried!

i will be able to purchase either a blue PM or a GM from a trusted seller. Although they are both used, seller has a lot of bags in rotation so im guessing (hoping!) hers are in excellent shape.

if i get this, this will be my first suhali piece so i thought i'd ask the beautiful ladies of tpf first before i buy! and im glad i did!! thanks!!

thank you also for the info on the pushlock! the vertical scratches are on the inside anyways so i guess i could live with a few cosmetic flaws. i would've wanted the plum, but the blue is gorgeous as well!
