This is nice for people who have missed the limelight. I would cut away the tassels if I got this. I'm rather disappointed that they re-used this fabric thou, oh well, I guess I shouldn't expect too much from them. Nothing stays LE anymore!

I love the back details on this one! Are underpants included? *rawr*

I love the clutches for spring/summer! There is a gold 'limelight' like clutch with a tribal braid/feather and i love it. Theres also this emerald clutch and navy clutch which I like

Im excited now, i like this new tribal theme. At first i was a bit wtf...but then i liked it!

I got a chance to check out the show on lv.com and I like S/S 09. It's warm and rich...lots of deep colors, animal prints, and for lack of a better term, native-ish elements--saw a limelight-ish thingie as well. I enjoy that it's not your typical pretty, feminine Spring/ Summer palette (that means my WC Speedy will still be unique, hee hee). I'm not sure if the bags that hit the stores will relate to my klutzy, casual, slapdash life style but the whole aesthetic(sp.?) does agree with me.

For now, the only one I like from S/S09 is the "Limelight" clutch but I hate tassel, hopefully it can be remove.

so here's the question that i can never remember the answer to: around what month did we start to hear credible and concrete info for the s/s season? was it jan?

i better search the old s/s thread.

edit: ok i just went through the s/s 08 thread and we started to get info beginning of nov. with private party showings etc. between nov. and dec. were announcements for the side seasonals/LE and permanents (rayeur, miroir hearts, and monty). hopefully, the info withholding won't be so bad like this f/w.

09 S/S is not my cup of tea, not practical, color are too ethic, and way too many tassels XD Safe to say I'll concentrate more on accessories or SLG.

The beads cheapen the Limelight, looks like the gold is much lighter colour also. Glad I have the original!
