Well I was way off in my colour pediction but I did guess right that there'd be a recreation of the limelight.

It's not really causing any reaction for me I need to see more pics there's nothing I love or nothing I hate so far.

Did you see the sprouse leopard on one of the barcelets and one bag, prepare for more of that in SS.

And is that ANOTHER model falling there have been so many lately must be around 6/7 at least

Thanks for the pics LA. It's nice seeing reinvention from previous materials; embossed leather, leopard, limelight, perforated. Overall, the collection looks FUNKY!

^^there will hopefully be a speedy....maybe a sprouse speedy? dentelle wasn't a part of the runway of s/s '07. LV's had one for the past 4 seasons.

many many thanks to claire for putting all of this together. hoping we have a wonderful s/s season ahead!

i have to say that none of the bags really calls my name, BUT, MJ did a fantastic job of putting everything together. the clothes, shoes, and bags all fit into the african theme. i'm actually optimistic for the production and sesonal versions of this collection. more excited about the apperance of the sprouse leopard prints.

my only complaint, and it is strictly from my "what i like and use" point of view, is WHY with the TASSELS?!?! *sigh* lol. i'm not even complaining about the beads since its all part of the theme, but TASSELS again?

Maybe it's just me, but I am have serious 70s flashbacks. With roach clips and all.
I do like the shimmery color change on some of the bags though!

Oooh --- I am late to the party. Gotta go check out the pics.

Claire, thank you so much for starting these threads for us. I really appreciate everything you do!!

I already want two bags from the collection: the leopard bag/hobo and the green embossed one!

funny, the beads/feathers remind me of those earrings, circa 1982 ...

I really like the new denim with the multi-color LV embroidery:
