bag in bag

I'm really not sure I would ever wear it.
Rumour has it the bag which will hit the stores won't have the chains and the bag in bag feature. Also, it's not a print but sequins sawn onto the canvas.

Very pretty, isn't it?

As LV was able to embroider flowers onto the canvas in the past, sewing sequins should not be technically impossible. Still, I think the bags will need special care.

I would not be surprised if this bag is around $4,500+. It's truly a sight to see.

I think the bag in bag design and Chanel-esque chain are nice touches to the bag and should be retained and produced. It adds the zing to it. They should leave it alone and not tone it down.

Found close up pics on black sequin.

Gold vs black.

Is there any news of new Mahina colors to be released in the Fall? I would love to see plum or burgundy!

I've just heard that the bags with the ruffles, and the bags covered in leather 'tabs' will not make it to production cos they were not very LVish :(

WHAT?! I hope this isn't true. Are you talking about the bags with the ruffle around the edge of the closure flap? That was my favorite bag.

Saw SA last weekend. She said the lookbook should be in soon. She'll call me when it arrives.

I like the black sequins more than the gold.

Seriously, they aren't going to make this?! It's awesome. I'm so disappointed...
