It has been a few years since I checked but does anyone know if LV still accepts special orders. I have previously ordered vachette versions of the Alma and the Bucket but don't know if they are still making these bags?

Yes, they still do special orders on certain bags. I think it is called MTO (made to order) now. I did an MTO for a Galliera PM in Damier Ebene a couple of weeks ago.
I was told it will take 6-8 weeks - I made a 50% downpayment.

Unfortunately NO Special Order in Vernis!!!

Believe me I have tried, many times! I do an annual request at least and increased that once Pomme was introduced. I'm going to ask my SA to email France on last time before they run out of the Pomme Vernis in France since it's discontinued now. I wish I knew someone super famous, if only so that they could get me a special something I want in Pomme!!

OMG you did????? The SA at LV where I am said that it is only SO'd in the GM Galliera not the PM, great news!!!! I will have to call again........

^^No they told you wrong the Galliera only SO in pm not GM or else it would have been mine. I want the SO in GM badly.

I did a special order for a cabas mezzo and deauvile in damier and it only took 8 weeks. They were worth the wait. Order if you still can:)
