Default sell or hang on to cerises pochette?

I bought the cerises pochette when the collection came out and used it obsessively for about a year. By now, the obsession has worn off and I never use it anymore. I've thought about selling it, but I feel like I should keep it since it's a limited edition. I'm not saying I'd never use it again, but it might be nice to put the money towards a new LV. What would you do??

I don't buy bags to collect them. If I don't use it within a year then it's time for it to go to a new home. I usually sell my bags when I get bored of them or need to fund another big purchase.

i missed out on the cerises and regret not getting it, i have some bags which sit for a long time and then i go back to them, it feels nice - almost like a new bag! :) Dont hold on to it only because it was a LE, but if you love it - keep it

I would hang on to it since it is discontinued item. But if you don't love it anymore, then sell it.

^^^^ In my opinion, I don't think any LV bag is ever "over" .... they are ALL timeless pieces.

About the Cerises Pochette .... I would personally keep it.

However, if YOU don't think you will use it ever again and the love is completely gone then definitely sell it.

Good luck on your decision!!

I would keep it since you won't be able to get again in the same quality or condition!

I always tell myself that I'll love it forever when I got a bag- LE or not. So far, I have never kept my words. I am always using my latest bag and the old ones will be stored away. If you know you don't use it anymore, sell it.

Though I think that LV never goes out of style I do agree. I have seen so many horrible fake cerises bags that it kind of ruined them all for me. I would sell it and get something that you will use more.

Even though it's limited, there's no point of having a bag that just sits and collects dust in your closet. Sell it, hopefully make a little profit, and buy something you will actually use! Bags should be worn not just looked at.

If you even think you'd regret it for one second, don't sell it. I have the same bag and don't use it very often, but I love having it. There are those times when it coordinates just perfectly with an outfit and it's the only bag that will work, so for those occasions I'm glad I didn't let it go.

From what I've read here on tPF most people tend to regret selling items. I know not all, but a lot. I know from personal experience it would be hard to replace and you can't trust all eBay sellers. Why not give it a month and see how you feel then?
