Read on old thread Hampstead MM larger that Cabas Mezzo...it this true?

I was set for the Hampstead MM...thought I was slightly larger than I would like but not too big. Then, on an old post, someone noted that they thought it was roomier than the mezzo? Does anyone have this bags and if so do you think this is true? I know the Hampstead dimensions are certainly smaller and from all the pics I've seen in the Hampstead club it doesn't look nearly as big? Any thoughts would be great as I was planning on purchasing on Sunday. Thanks!!! :)

I have both, and the Mezzo is definitely bigger and "roomier"! :0)

I don't have either of these bags, but I've seen them both (from peace43), and the Mezzo is definitely bigger than the Hampstead MM. Maybe the Hampstead GM is bigger than the Mezzo, but not the MM.

i have both damier mezzo and hampstead mm, and they're almost same size, the GM is much bigger than mezzo , IMO

I think the base (as in depth) of the Hampstead MM is slightly wider than the Mezzo. I sold my Hampstead MM but I remember that the base would stick out a lot compared to my Mezzo. But I think the Mezzo might be just a tad wider than the Hampstead MM. They both hold a lot of stuff but since the Hampstead MM is an open bag, I think you can stuff even more in it since it opens wider than the Mezzo.
