question about vernis Pegase suitcase

ok so since the search function is still down i don't know if this is already been asked/answered (sorry if it has!)..but i am just wondering if the vernis Pegase 50 suitcases are Limited Edition? I was thinking of getting one for my anniversary in October, but am wondering if by then they would be sold out. I remember how last year when they came out they were gone really fast, and were impossible to get. I don't want to miss out again!

So far i have seen the Pegase in a few boutiques (Rodeo Dr boutique, SCP boutique) but I'm not sure if they are in great supply or not, and i don't know they are considered seasonal items or part of permanent collection.

sweetneet, I'm assuming they are a 'one shot' deal just like they were last year. You could call the 1-866 number though to confirm. I saw them on Saturday at the Toronto boutique but didn't inquire as to the status.

Yup, they're one shot. I think it's like last year where your SA has to order one for you, they don't just keep them in the store.
I really don't see a problem with getting one as long as you get it soon.

In Toronto, both last year and this week, they were just out on display and for sale. I didn't see the beauty case this time though.

My store offered to get one for me, so I think they are easier to get this time around. Also all three colors were available on vuitton.com last night. I think they are somewhat limited, but they are not as hard to get as the first shot, but still stunning!

^i checked vuitton.com last night, and the pomme pegase was sold out. i just checked it again a few minutes ago, and now the amarante pegase is sold out as well...so only the violette is available. eep! i'm glad the color i want is violette because that seems less popular. but still, they seem somewhat limited in quantity. hmm, hopefully i can get get one!

i tried to find the vernis pegase on eLux, but couldn't find them..

I just returned the pomme pegase to eLUXURY so it should be available next week again.

i just found the pegase on eLux..unlike on vuitton.com, it is *not* in the luggage section, it is in Handbags & Backpacks --> Monogram vernis (go to second page, it's the last item). On elux it shows that only amarante pegase is available at the moment.

did u go to lv.com eshopping or just search the catalogue? because you can buy from both... n the eshopping has less variety...
