JoJo, love the picture of you carrying the speedy. The speedy looks brand new. Just curious. How much was it to have all the leather parts replaced on your speedy?

Ladyhz: I end up paying $300 for the leather replacement after I disputed the $435 I was quoted.

The best thing to do for anyone planning on doing this is raplacing everything except the piping...this is what makes it the most expensive b/c after all, it's rebuilding the bag over.
