Ok maybe I just don;t get it but since I bought online is the strap on the XS adjustable to wear as a shoulder bag and then cross body or do you just shorten and lengthen the staps on either side. Thanks

Actually it comes with a removable strap.

The XS has one strap with adjustable sides I just spoke to customer service at LV still cant figure it out

Yes, you can wear it either way - crossbody style - shoulder

The poor man online had not idea about the strap coming off - he kept saying that it was able to be worn shoulder or cross body I finally just sat down and figured it out myself. Wish the LV stores were not so far from me........
