Is this a good deal?

Hi experienced LV lovers/collectors!

Here's the situation. When I was a fresh grad, my pay cheque was very small. I remembered going to eLUXURY when this bag was released:

I really liked it at the time but there was no way I was going to be able to afford it. I never went to the LV store to even check it out. Fast forward a few years and now I can afford the bag, but the bag is discontinued by the house of LV. A seller now is selling it on Yahoo Auctions for $5100 HKD (roughly $650 US), is this a good deal? What is it called? Any LV lovers out there who have this bag? much appreciated, thanks
