Since the search engine is down, can someone confirm if LV is going to re-release the Mirroir Alma later this year? I remembered reading about this before but I can't find it anymore.

I spoke with the SA and he said he hasn't heard anything yet.

If this is not true, I will probably settle with the Vernis Alma. Thanks!

No, some wires have been crossed with this one...since they're coming out with a Vernis Alma now, the "new" upcoming Vernis colors are gold and silver. I'm presuming they'll be like the old silver vernis and the goldenrod color from the Mono Mat line (but shiner).

People have been told a miroir alma will be released but it does take some time to get the bottom of releases sometimes they are just rumours sometimes they work out be true until the lookbooks come out everything should be taken as unconfirmed

See I was told differently. The Miroir Alma was going to be RE-RELEASED, but in the normal hand bag size and not the Gigantic GM like originally, along with an Agenda...

from the picture I saw at the store it didn't look like Vernis material to me

So then it wouldn't technically be a re-release IMO since it's not the exact same style.

But if it IS true, I hate to say, I'm getting sick of Miroir. I got my Speedies, Pochette and makeup case but they're releasing waaaay too many pieces in Miroir IMO.

Yes, my SA (Leather Goods Manager) told me that that Miroir Almas in gold and silver will be released sometime in December. No prices yet.

I LOVE gold Miroir and it'll be even better in leather! But geez LV, how about in different styles? I also agree that they are releasing way too many things in Miroir -- hearts, cosmetic cases, etc. Very soon they're not going to feel very LE to me :(.

I'd love a gold Miroir Alma, in the smaller/regular size, as my gold Miroir Lockit seems just a tad too small to me. However, I also agree that with so many new and recent releases of Mirage items, the collection is sort of losing it's Limited Edition status.

Thank you for your feedback. Even it's a speculation that LV is going to do a re-release of the Mirroir Alma but IMO it probably will happen. I called the 1-866 number today and the SA said it's not confirmed yet, it's only a speculation. But the Vernis is definitely going to be released probably by mid-June. The Violet in MM and all three GM sizes are going to be limited. They don't have prices yet.

When I was at the LV boutique last weekend and guess what I was...they still have the Mirroir heart coin purse in Silver and Gold. I think LV release way too many of these heart coin purse...not so limited anymore!

Yes, my boutique had the hearts last week as well. After all the trouble I went through to get one, I was sort of irritated too!

I'm unsure of the gold miroir Alma, but I'm also curious to see that bag IRL. I used to think miroir was really tacky but like many other things LV, it's grown on me slowly.

I would love a gold miroir alma, especially since I just got rid of my Damier Alma,.....I wonder about the "gold" vernis alma.....after my recent expierence with the watercolor vachetta, I know why I never really liked bags with vachetta, plus the vachetta would make it hard to wear a vernis gold alma with black.....or maybe I'm the only one who lets the brown of the vachetta get in the way of my fashion.

I don't think it would have any vachetta -- all handles/leather pieces originally on an alma will be Miroir.
