Interior color of Damier Musette Salsa?

I just purchased a Damier Musette Salsa with the long strap, date code LM 1024, and the interior is more of a brown color, not the vibrant red I was expecting. Is this normal for the Musette Salsa? (The picture of the one on LV.com has the bright red interior). Did they start using the bright red interior more recently? Thanks for any input!
