It's been bugging me since I got the bag, and now my curiosity can't take it any longer

Does LK stand for anything? The place it was made, the company it was made by? Does anyone know?

I was a good tPF-er and did a search first, but found nothing - sorry if I missed it

hmm.. the only thing I could think of was some id marking because the strap is removable.. nice pic btw

niuniu75 - How weird, thanks for the info. I guess ours weren't made at the same time then, and that it's a detail that has changed over time

(it is authentic, purchased at a LV store, if that's what the four exclamation marks insinuated)

I'll try to get a better pic of where it's located

Perhaps this is better.. not that knowing where it's located helps in finding out what it means LOL. Ah well..

Hummmmm.... Mine show LV logo on both ends.

Yes it says LV on the outside, this is ont he "inside", where the arrow is pointing at

I have no marking in the "inside". Mine was made in France.
