Default Frayed shoulder straps?

My Cabas Piano is just two months old, and I noticed today that one of the shoulder straps is frayed pretty badly. I take very good care of the bag, and just wasn't expecting this.

Has anyone else had an issue like this?
If so, how did LV handle?

Thank you very much.

I've never had that problem but you should take your bag in to see what can be done, the edges may need reglazed.

LV has 2 year warranty on their bags, I would take it up with them
