Some of you know I plan on purchasing a epi alma in the cassis before they are discontinued. I don't know alot about the louis vuitton line like alot of you veterans...and those of you who patron the boutiques...so here's my question.....

I was told....that the epi alma would come with...or can be purchased seperately a long strap.....now I don't see this on the website...so...is this person telling me correctly or not...

It doesn't really matter that much....but would make that alma more versitale if I could hand or shoulder carry it both.

Thanks to all you guys who are THOUSANDS times smarter about LV bags than myself!

LV sell straps that can be put on bags but im not sure that they made the strap in cassis epi, i have only seen it in the regular leather sorry im not much help prob best to call LV and ask

I was thinking the same thing. I'd call 1866VUITTON and ask if they ever made a Cassis Epi strap.

They did make the Cassis strap, at one time. I thought about buying it when I first bought my cassis alma, but didn't end up following up. They're discontinuing the cassis alma?

Well that's what another thread I read said...something about they may in fact discontinue the cassis alma....now as I said...i'm no pro by any means...I think I will contact LV because I would love to locate a long strap for the alma if at all possible.

Thanks alot for your advice, I spoke with Ingrid over the phone today and she says this color and line is a permanent line as far as she knows..and there is at least 2 in most all stores....AND that the stap is available seperately for 250.00......so that helps me out alot.....Can't wait to get it!
