Just updating: purchased a Filofax pocket refill for 2010 yesterday and it fits perfectly! I wanted to get the "cotton cream" colour but the store didn't have it but the regular white looks fine. All set to go now!

(Hope this isn't against the rules: I have no affiliation with them)

meowmeowmie is great! michimama_joy takes a while for shipping but has better prices.
