DON'T do it! I have the Galliera PM in Azur and it gets super dirty, especially from the hardware on the bag. I regret it everyday! The color transfer is the worst! Be sure to wear white everytime you carry the bag.

I think Damier Azur is a pretty pattern and PERFECT for Summer time, but I do have a few complaints about it too.
I am a handbag freak - And I mean it. I take care of my bags like they are my babies. I carry them very carefully, I clean them quiet often, and I store them.
No matter how careful I am with my bags, I still have minor (very minor) color transfer with my Azur Totally. I actually got it just last month and only carried it about 8 times and already noticing minor color transfer near the lining part. (It's kind of in the middle of the bag) I don't think it was from my jeans because that part of the bag doesn't touch my jeans at all. And there's no way it's from my shirts either because if it was from my shirt then it would've gotten onto the whole bag (not just that little part that's not even the corner!).
Anyways, I was a little upset knowing that my bag already experienced color transfer just shortly after I got it.
Oh, you can actually clean the leather part with leather cleaner/conditioner and the marks from the hardware should come off really easily. It's the color transfer part on the canvas that you cannot undo. *sigh*
BUT - It still wouldn't stop me from getting Azur pieces though just because I already know it's a light color bag and I should be SUPER careful with it whenever I'm carrying it. I learned my lesson; I don't think I'll be carrying my Azur bag every day. I'll probably only carry it when I know that the place I am going to is a clean environment and all that.

I have the azur speedy in 35 and only the handles have colour transfer. My black cardigan (obviously the dye took a while to wash out!) left some colour. The SA told me to rub with a rubber yesterday, I am going out to hunt for a nice clean rubber now.

Otherwise, black shorts, back cardigan, nothing on the canvas. I am super duper careful, but I don't baby it like when I first got it. The bag serves you, my mother remind me everything I freak out eg, rain and everything. It adds character, it shows it is yours. It is unique as no other woman (or man) can have the exact same bag as you with your personalisation on it.

I love my azur and I recommend you carry it with pride. It is such a beautiful pattern, and for some people, they haven't even seen an LV like that. I had friends say "i love your bag, can i see it?" yes, hand it over, 'what, this is LV?!'

Flaunt it :) *with care* lol

I got the Azur speedy 25 despite there being comments about it being too high maintenance...
it really isnt. It looks almost brand new since the day I got it except for the vachetta starting to darken, and I practically live in dark denim, and I've had NO colour transfer on the canvas/handles! I have had a little bit of colour transfer on the piping, but it isn't that noticeable. I think it's very low maintenance. :)
I don't baby my bags, but I get VERY picky if they are ruined in any way... I was so upset when my Neverfull got a pen mark!

Hi Folks, What size speedy is most preferred by women, Speedy 30 or 35? I am asking because I'm picking up both Azur and Ebony Speedy 35. I love big bags, but could the 35 be too big for me?
